Where is the Customer Service Desk?

The Hyperdome’s Customer Service Desk is located on the lower level, under the escalators, outside the entrance to Myer.

Where is the Centre Management Office?

The Hyperdome’s Centre Management office is located on the lower level, down the corridor between Rebel Sport and Rockman’s.

Does the Hyperdome have free parking?

The Hyperdome offers two hours free parking on weekdays, free parking on Friday nights after 6pm and free parking all day on Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays.

What happens if I lose my parking ticket on a weekday?

Simply press the “Lost ticket” button on the payment stations and pay the lost ticket fee and you will be issued with a new ticket to use upon your exit of the car park.
